Description
I always found that nature has two sides based on perception. A cold forbidden place has beauty beyond belief. My time in Alaska generated memories on both sides of the spectrum. There is nothing like the cold mornings, as the sun just starts its day, seeing the frost sparkle in the air. There is nothing like being stuck in the cold changing a tire. I remember its beauty more than anything and those stars, oh those stars. Steven Langston

The pearly pink shades on the snow looks so delicious in the contrast with blue! Beautiful painting, Steven! Happy New Year for you and yours!

What a gorgeous image! I want to touch the canvas. The paint is so inviting, much like the frosting on a cake, before "Happy Birthday" is sung...I was one of those kids who couldn't resist a sneaky touch... and your lighting is phenomenal, like high beams through a dark, snowy night...truly beautiful. v/f
